External Sales Representative

Midvaal Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company for an experienced External Sales Representative to join their Bloemfontein team.

This position is suited to a dynamic sales professional with experience in the automotive industry who enjoys developing new business maintaining client relationships and exceeding sales targets.

• Prospect and cold call potential new customers.

• Visit existing and prospective customers to promote products and services.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Resolve customer complaints and product queries professionally.

• Demonstrate products and explain their benefits.

• Grow sales within the assigned territory and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Grade 12 (Matric).

• Minimum 45 years external sales experience within the automotive industry.

• Experience selling into fleet workshop or retail environments.

• Spare parts sales experience will be advantageous.

• Computer literate.

• Strong automotive product knowledge.

• Extensive knowledge of motor vehicle repairs.

• Good electrical mechanical and diesel knowledge.

• Technical automotive and diesel background.

• Valid drivers license.
