We are on a growth journey now looking for our next star a passionate Export Warehouse Manager.

About the position

The primary purpose for Export Warehouse Manager is to develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing implementing enforcing and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product equipment utilization inventory management and shipping.

Your main responsibilities

Oversee all export warehouse divisions.

Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching counselling disciplining employees planning monitoring and appraising job results.

Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring inventory and security procedures and protocols.

Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with the data storage system.

Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

Liaise with clients suppliers and transport companies.

Initiate coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
