ERP Functional Specialist (Oracle Finance) | 18-month Contract

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior ERP Functional Specialist (Oracle Finance) to join a large-scale enterprise transformation programme focused on modernising back-office systems and implementing an integrated financial planning and reporting solution.

Youll be joining a forward-thinking large enterprise environment undergoing significant digital transformation where innovation optimisation and continuous improvement are central to success. This role offers exposure to complex programmes stakeholder engagement at senior levels and the opportunity to influence system strategy and delivery.

• Lead functional ERP support across Oracle Financemodules including configuration testing and issue resolution
• Drive end-to-end business analysis translating requirements into system solutions
• Design and deliver ERP enhancements automation initiatives and optimisation improvements
• Engage with business stakeholders as the key interface between business and ERP teams
• Lead and manage ERP analysts or cross-functional teams within complex programmes
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support system implementations
• Develop training materials and support knowledge transfer across teams
• Identify risks and drive process optimisation and efficiency improvements
• Contribute to ERP architecture frameworks and strategic roadmaps

• 810 years experience in Oracle Financesupport and/or ERP project environments
• Proven experience in ERP functional support configuration and solution delivery
• Strong background in business analysis system testing and implementation
• Experience enhancing and maintaining existing ERP systems
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex delivery environments
• Experience with cloud-based ERP technologies (advantageous)
• Exposure to SQL and ERP data analysis (advantageous)
