- Support integrations between ERP HR CRM media operations reporting and service management platforms.
- Assist with ERP transformation and support across Dynamics NAV Business Central Deltek Maconomy or similar platforms.
- Build and maintain SQL queries data extracts reporting logic and Microsoft Fabric / Power BI enablement.
- Support workflow automation using Power Automate Logic Apps Power Apps or similar tools.
- Assist with API integrations data mapping reconciliation testing and troubleshooting.
- Support practical AI and automation use cases using tools such as Azure OpenAI Copilot Studio ChatGPT Enterprise Google Gemini / Vertex AI or similar platforms.
- Help identify opportunities to reduce manual work improve reporting quality and streamline business processes.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to validate solutions and ensure delivery aligns to enterprise standards.
- Maintain clear documentation test evidence support notes and handover material.
- Bachelors degree in IT Finance Information Systems or a related field.
- Microsoft data and automation: Fabric Power BI Dataflows Azure Data Factory Power Automate Power Apps or Logic Apps.
- Cloud and AI: Azure Azure OpenAI Claude Copilot Studio Google Cloud BigQuery Vertex AI Gemini or similar.
- Marketing and media platforms: GA4 Google Marketing Platform DV360 Campaign Manager Meta HubSpot Salesforce Adobe or similar.
- Strong understanding of finance-related ERP modules.
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with API-based integrations data mapping and reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical skills and stakeholder engagement ability.
