Enterprise Development Specialist

We are currently seeking an Enterprise Development Specialist to join our reputable clients team.

Requirements:

• Relevant Tertiary qualification in Business Management Finance Economics or Development Studies.
• Strong proven experience in SMME incubation enterprise development strategy business coaching and supplier development initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice particularly Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) elements.
• Proven track record in conducting business needs analyses designing tailored developmental interventions and facilitating growth for emerging micro-enterprises and small businesses.
• Strong stakeholder management project delivery and financial analysis skills.

Experience with:

• Designing implementing and managing SMME incubation and acceleration programmes Conducting diagnostics and needs assessments to create growth plans for SMMEs Facilitating technical and business support including mentorship training and operational coaching
• Managing Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) fund allocation compliance and reporting
• Monitoring SMME growth operational sustainability financial performance and job creation outcomes Liaising with corporate clients ESD managers funders and enterprise development agencies
