We equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the necessary skills resources and support to achieve financial independence.ROLE OVERVIEWThe Enterprise Development Manager is responsible for leading the implementation and day-to-day management of the Repair Programme in Johannesburg. The role oversees the full participant journey including recruitment and selection technical and business development coaching mentoring performance management and programme closely with internal teams facilitators technical partners and other stakeholders the successful candidate will ensure participants receive the support guidance and opportunities they need to successfully establish and grow sustainable repair businesses. The role also provides leadership to the programme team ensures operational excellence and contributes to the ongoing growth and impact of the Repair Programme.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (will include but not be limited to):Programme Management

- Oversee the full participant lifecycle recruitment training coaching mentorship performance management and exit.
- Coordinate Open Days OI Circuits Induction and Volunteer Orientations.
- Manage the execution of technical training programmes in appliance repair.
- Ensure all training materials and processes are up to date and effectively implemented.
- Monitor participant attendance engagement and performance.
- Manage delivery of appliance repair training (small and large appliances).
- Ensure safe training environments and adherence to electrical safety standards.
- Maintain training equipment tools and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate monthly coaching mentoring and counselling sessions.
- Support mentors and coaches with updated participant information and progress tracking.
- Identify participants requiring additional support and implement intervention plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners mentors trainers and external stakeholders.
- Organise partner information sessions and focus groups.
- Manage partner databases and ensure effective communication channels.
- Conduct regular audits and data tracking (attendance performance surveys).
- Compile monthly management statistics and progress reports.
- Manage and update PRM data and Greenlight survey results.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant technical repair field.
- Experience in programme management training mentoring and coaching.
- Strong organisational and data management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in MS Office and database management.
- Passionate about people development and empowerment.
- Hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic evolving environments.
- Strong communicator who can balance empathy with accountability.
- Able to motivate diverse groups and build a positive productive learning culture.
- Grade 12 minimum; tertiary qualification in a technical field essential.
- Additional training or certification in business management training or coaching is advantageous.
