As our Enrollment Manager you will strategically lead our global B2C consultative sales and enrollment operations. By enforcing strict speed-to-lead parameters and managing long-term international lead-nurturing pipelines you directly drive the companys volume growth and profit yields.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Generate Sales: Actively sell premium products converting qualified leads into bookings while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth.
High-Ticket B2C Oversight: Oversee consultative long-term lead-nurturing strategies requiring high emotional buy-in and complex multi-stakeholder alignment across prospective students and parents.
Sales Infrastructure Design: Actively architect and maintain advanced sales tools configuring territory management and lead allocation rules across multiple CRM systems.
Metric & Pipeline Discipline: Enforce strict speed-to-lead parameters and volume metrics across the team to ensure rapid response times to international inbound inquiries.
CRM Architecture & Analytics: Utilise capabilities within Salesforce to customise fields build automated workflows structure pipelines eliminate task backlogs and maintain robust reporting dashboards.
Business Development: Identify and develop new revenue streams and strategic partnerships to successfully scale global enrollment volume.
Financial Transaction Management: Supervise and facilitate complex multi-currency enrollment transactions international wire transfers and localised financing plans.
Expectation & Logistics Mapping: Oversee the preparation of enrolled clients regarding intensive physical workloads remote bush living environments specialised gear and mandatory pre-departure compliance.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
5 years of experience executing high-ticket B2C consultative sales.
5 years of experience selling to Gen Z and Millennial audiences with a deep understanding of their buying behaviours and values.
5 years of experience working directly within an international sales market.
Proven experience in sales requiring long-term lead nurturing high emotional buy-in and navigating multi-stakeholder decisions.
Demonstrated history working under strict speed-to-lead metrics and conversion rate targets while maintaining gross profit yields.
Extensive pipeline management experience utilising Salesforce (or a similar CRM) in a design capacity including workflow creation and dashboard building.
Experience working toward a specific conversion rate target (e.g. a 5% lead-to-booking average) while maintaining gross profit yields.
Experience managing sales cycles that involve multi-currency transactions international wire transfers and financing/payment plans.
Strategic experience designing or optimising sales structures territory management and lead allocation rules.
Experience designing sales incentives commission structures and training or onboarding new team members.
Proven exposure to active business development recruitment processes and running a sales team across multiple different CRM systems.
CRM experience in a design capacity (e.g. setting up workflows customising fields or structuring pipelines).
Experience managing a sales team.
Experience building or maintaining reporting tools and dashboards to track sales KPIs.
Bonus if you also have:
Experience managing sales pipelines and converting leads specifically within South Africa the UK the US and the EU.
Experience presenting live at virtual events.
A good understanding of South African bush careers the field guiding industry and the wildlife conservation industry.
Practical experience managing customer expectations regarding physical demands remote living conditions gear and permits.
Experience managing customer expectations regarding pre-departure logistics like gear requirements and permits.

Required Skills:
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Proven experience in B2C customer support or coordinator roles managing individual customers or students through a high-touch onboarding and preparation process. Demonstrated experience executing proactive multi-channel outbound communication (calls emails messaging) to guide booked customers through requirements and prevent cancellations. Experience acting as the primary point of contact for individual customers coordinating their entire journey from booking to on-site arrival. Strong background in de-escalating and resolving high-stress customer complaints anxieties or last-minute travel emergencies under tight deadlines. Experience managing the collection and vetting of required documentationsuch as passports visas medical forms or liability waiversunder strict deadlines. Experience executing customer handovers from a Sales or Enrollment team ensuring a seamless transition from a confirmed booking to the active support phase. Bonus if you also have: Experience balancing the communication needs and anxieties of paying parents or guardians with the actual preparation of the student/participant. Background working within B2C educational travel youth development study abroad gap year or experiential learning sectors.
