To apply principles and concepts of area of knowledge and evaluate the documents quality adequacy andadherence to Sasol Group specifications and standards to archive accurate data and support the execution ofprojects or services.
- Generate engineering drawings according to Sasol specifications and standards.
- Plan schedule and organise output according to priority.
- Update existing drawings and built data.
- Recreate existing engineering drawings in relevant approved systems.
- Verify technical discrepancies.
- Optimise and utilise complimentary technology.
- Locate relevant information on all documents management systems.
- Handle competency measurement.
- Ensure red lined information is captured on updated document.
- Report on draughting activities.
- Implement and adhere to draughting strategies.
- Apply governance rules as applicable for specific discipline.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of captured information.
- Adhere and auditing of quality assurance methodology.
- Adhere to all safety standards and procedures.
- Manage and audit critical controls.
- Ensure PSM compliance.
- Ensure Task Risk Assessment and Pre job risk assessment (SAS).
- Ensure all legal compliances are adhere to eg. Statutory compliance per area.
- Ensure action plans are in place to meet the SHE Performance: RCR KPI.
- Ensure a safety culture by setting the example and good housekeeping.
- Maintain practical knowledge and understanding of discipline engineering principles.
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of policies procedures specifications and legal framework.
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of applicable engineering technologies.
