About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical process support to production teams ensuring sustainable and efficient manufacturing processes.


• Industrialise optimize and maintain production processes to improve productivity quality and equipment performance.


• Monitor manufacturing operations identify process issues conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.


• Support engineering projects equipment installations process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Ensure machine reliability and availability through collaboration with production maintenance and technical teams.


• Monitor and control scrap waste reduction initiatives and process efficiencies.


• Train production setting and maintenance teams on best practices processes and equipment utilization.


• Manage technical inventory requirements and coordinate procurement of engineering materials and equipment.


• Maintain detailed process documentation records and project reports.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations quality standards GMP requirements and food safety systems.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).


• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline.


• Minimum 5 years relevant engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.


• Experience within blow moulding plastics packaging or FMCG manufacturing environments is essential.


• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production equipment raw materials moulds and downstream equipment.


• Sound knowledge of technical drawings fault finding equipment testing and process optimization.


• Experience with engineering projects process improvement initiatives and technical problem solving.


• Good understanding of health and safety regulations GMP standards and quality management systems.


• Strong computer literacy and software proficiency.
