HOW IT WORKS

Elixirr AI Academy is a program designed for tech enthusiasts who want to build practical skills gain real-world experience and take the first step in their IT career.

The Academy combines lectures mentoring sessions home assignments and a final hands-on team project. You will learn from experienced professionals apply your knowledge in practice and work with modern technologies across software data cloud applications and AI.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN

You will learn about modern trends across software engineering data cloud applications and AI.

The Academy is designed for motivated individuals with basic technical knowledge who want to learn modern principles and best practices for building technology solutions using cloud platforms and cutting-edge tools. Topics include cloud solution design application development data storage and processing AI tools and prompt engineering.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION

Basic requirements to enter the Academy:

SQL basics

Python basics

English level B2or higher

Nice to have:

Familiarity with cloud concepts

Familiarity with data engineering concepts

Interest in application development and AI tools

MENTORING

As an Academy participant you will work with mentors and experts across software data cloud and AI. Through lectures and hands-on group project work they are here to guide you challenge your thinking and provide you with valuable feedback. Together you can discuss new technology trends project challenges teamwork and career development.

REAL EXPERIENCE

The Academy will be hosted from our office in Cape Town from 17 August 2026 until 25 September 2026. During the Academy wed expect your full-time commitment with office hours from 9am - 5pm.
