ElectricalMechanical Revit Modeller Consulting Industry

RPO Recruitments client a reputable consulting engineering firm in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Electrical / Mechanical Revit Modeller to join their multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong Revit modelling experience within a building services or MEP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D Revit models for building services projects
• Produce accurate technical drawings and documentation
• Coordinate models across electrical mechanical and other disciplines
• Identify and resolve clashes and design coordination issues
• Incorporate engineering revisions and maintain drawing/model accuracy
• Assist with BIM coordination and project deliverables
• Work closely with engineers technicians and other project stakeholders
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project and company standards

Requirements:

• Relevant draughting engineering or technical qualification
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit / Revit MEP
• Experience with electrical and/or mechanical building services
• Proficiency in AutoCAD advantageous
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary BIM environment
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
