As part of Zutaris commitment to leveraging the power of digital skills and technology in both project execution and client experience our Energy Market is currently seeking candidates for the role of a Electrical BIM Modeller. This role will be primarily focused on generating parametrising and extraction of information and geometry from a model using data mining analysis and authoring tools. You will support our internal BIM Coordinators Consultants and Market BIM Managers by providing your technical expertise in terms of BIM processes technologies and human competencies.


Role Responsibilities

  • Modelling and delivering projects in Revit AutoCAD and related programming packages (your Dynamo & Python skills will be highly advantageous)

  • Coordinating modelling forming part of projects within the water treatment wastewater treatment distribution and industrial facilities business

  • Effectively setting up models inAutodesk Construction Cloud that will then be used by clients architects engineers and engineering parties

  • Extending our digital content libraries through family creation in accordance with internal guidelines

  • Managing and quality checking deliverables (incl. modelling works data/parameter management) carried out by global and multinational dispersed & remote teams

  • Co-ordinating with other disciplines by federating models for the early identification and pro-active clash avoidance and/or resolution

  • Maintain project records in accordance with internal quality system

  • Work within the BIM Management System designed by Zutari


Minimum requirements

  • Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Electrical Design Preferred

  • Proficiency and 5 Years proven experience in and BIM modelling role including Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.

  • Expert knowledge with the Autodesk BIM software applications

  • Experience with coordination tools such as Navisworks BIMTrack BIM Glue and/or Revizto preferred

  • Strong knowledge across multiple digital areas including information management including the development of digital workflows digital modelling in Revit Dynamo Python Rhino analysis of data and federating and coordinating deliverables from various native sources

  • Must be well versed in local industry BIM Initiatives and internationally recognised BIM initiatives standards protocols and mandates like ISO19650
