Overview

Seeking an experienced eLearning Practitioner to design develop and maintain SCORMcompliant digital learning content.

The role supports Trainers and SMEs in delivering engaging learnercentred online learning aligned to organisational objectives.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualifications: Grade 12; Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Graphic Design Instructional Design or related training development field.
• Experience: 4 years eLearning development; 2 years using Articulate Adobe Captivate 7 or similar tools.
• Technical Skills: SCORM development LMS administration multimedia editing QA processes.

Key Duties

• Content Development: Build SCORMcompliant eLearning modules using approved authoring tools.
• Instructional Design: Apply adult learning principles to create engaging interactive digital learning.
• Project Coordination: Manage timelines for content submission QA reviews and LMS uploads.
• LMS Support: Maintain LMS functionality reporting troubleshooting and user support.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with SMEs Trainers and business units to deliver effective learning solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy consistency and readiness of all digital learning content.
