- Process and manage daily online orders.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email telephone and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
- Prepare and send customer quotations.
- Deal with walk-in sales
- Monitor orders from placement through to fulfilment and delivery.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and customer queries.
- Assist customers with product selection availability and general product information.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and potential opportunities to improve the online customer experience.
- Assist with the general administration and development of the Online department.
- Learn and maintain a strong knowledge of the products we offer.
- Strongly customer-service orientated.
- Friendly professional and confident when dealing with customers.
- Organised and able to manage multiple orders and enquiries simultaneously.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and via email.
- A quick learner with the ability to develop a strong understanding of our products.
- Proactive and able to identify problems before they become issues.
- Forward-thinking and entrepreneurial in their approach.
- Interested in being part of building and growing a new online department.
- Computer literate and comfortable working with online systems.
- Reliable accurate and able to work independently.
- Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service sales administration e-commerce order processing or a similar environment would also be beneficial.
