- Developing and executing e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives
- Managing product catalogues online merchandising and product content
- Driving online sales revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Monitoring and analysing e-commerce performance sales and customer behaviour
- Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall customer experience
- Managing promotions pricing product launches and online campaigns
- Working with digital marketing paid media SEO CRM and content teams
- Managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify WooCommerce Magento Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platforms
- Managing online marketplaces and third-party e-commerce channels where applicable
- Using analytics and reporting tools to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Working with internal teams agencies developers and external suppliers
- Conducting competitor market and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Supporting CRO UX/UI and website optimisation initiatives
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Marketing E-Commerce Digital Marketing Business or a related field is advantageous.
- Relevant e-commerce experience will also be considered.
