An established and fast-growing organisation within the retail and distribution sector is seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce & Digital Product Specialist to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy professional who is passionate about online commerce customer experience and digital product optimisation.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing E-Commerce Information Systems Business or a related field.
35 years experience in an e-commerce digital product or digital marketing role.
Experience managing e-commerce platforms and online product catalogues.
Strong understanding of customer journey optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
Experience working with CMS and e-commerce platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience using digital analytics tools.
Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
