Job Description:
The successful candidate will take full ownership of a digital platform and associated customer-facing services driving product strategy user experience improvements platform enhancements and growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and drive the product roadmap balancing customer value commercial objectives and operational requirements.
- Design and continuously improve the customer journey across digital channels and self-service platforms.
- Manage the release lifecycle from feature specification and backlog prioritization through to launch.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders technical teams and external development partners to successfully deliver new functionality.
- Plan and execute testing activities including functional testing user acceptance testing and A/B testing initiatives.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators including adoption active users conversions retention customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Use analytics and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and priorities enhancements.
- Collaborate with multiple business units to ensure seamless integration between digital platforms and business systems.
- Manage external vendors development partners and associated budgets.
- Help scale and mature the digital function as platform adoption continues to grow.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in digital product management app product management e-commerce or a similar digital product environment.
- Proven experience managing a live digital platform or customer-facing product.
- Experience across the complete product lifecycle including roadmap ownership UX input delivery oversight testing launch and optimization.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms analytics tools Agile delivery methodologies and UX principles.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams developers vendors and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and customer insights into product decisions.
- Commercially focused mindset combined with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Self-starter capable of building processes driving initiatives and taking ownership of outcomes.
Relevant Degree in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering Business Marketing or a related field
