Job Summary
The firm is recruiting a manager to work in its deals team primarily focused on financial due diligence with support across JSE advisory and valuation engagements as required. The manager will assist in providing deal-related services principally from a financial and accounting perspective to both financial and strategic buyers and vendors.
Experience Requirements:
- Relevant professional qualification such as CA(SA) CFA MBA or a Masters degree in Finance Applied Finance or a related field.
- 3 5 years post articles corporate finance experience;
- Current experience working in a transaction financial due diligence role at a manager level
