Job Summary
- Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch operations
- Ensure accurate preparation and fulfilment of all orders
- Verify receipt and dispatch of raw materials and finished products
- Capture dispatch data accurately and align records with system data (Device Magic)
- Coordinate loading of trucks and containers in line with operational standards
- Ensure all dispatches are completed on time and according to schedule
- Monitor stock accuracy ensuring system and physical quantities align
- Oversee safe and proper use of dispatch equipment (forklifts pallet jacks)
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- Liaise with cold room packhouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Escalate discrepancies delays or stock issues promptly
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Minimum 2 years experience in a cold-chain packhouse or high-pressure environment
- Proven experience in dispatch coordination and logistics operations
- Strong data capturing and administrative skills
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- Strong computer literacy particularly MS Excel
- Knowledge of dispatch processes logistics and workflow coordination
- Understanding of inventory control and stock movement
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset

Required Education:
