Job Summary
A South African pharmaceutical company that develops manufactures and distributes prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications is seeking a Digital Experience and Analytics Manager who will focus on developing and optimizing the companys digital ecosystem to maximize consumer engagement and marketing performance.
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy: Develop and maintain Austells consumer brand digital ecosystem.
Website and UX Management: Optimize brand websites and landing pages for speed mobile responsiveness and usability.
SEO and AEO: Drive traditional SEO and optimize for emerging AI answer engines (AEO/GEO).
Analytics and Reporting: Build Looker Studio dashboards and analyze GA4 GTM and Search Console data to deliver actionable insights.
Conversion Optimization: Execute A/B testing and user-journey analysis to improve campaign performance.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Information Systems Computer Science or Business.
Experience: 5 years in digital marketing website management SEO or data analytics (consumer health/FMCG preferred).
Certifications: Google Analytics Google Ads or SEO/Digital Marketing certifications (advantageous).
