About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dialler Administrator to support a fast-paced and dynamic Collections environment. This role is critical in ensuring dialler campaigns are optimised efficient and aligned to collections strategies and targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute dialler campaigns across Collections portfolios

Configure monitor and optimise dialler strategies (inbound/outbound)

Ensure correct allocation of accounts in line with DPD strategies and business rules

Monitor campaign performance (contact rates RPC conversion etc.) and make real-time adjustments

Work closely with Collections Managers to align dialler activity with operational priorities

Troubleshoot dialler issues and liaise with system providers where required

Ensure data integrity and accurate campaign setup

Produce daily and weekly dialler performance reports

Support continuous improvement of dialler efficiency and agent productivity

Minimum Requirements

2 years experience as a Dialler Administrator (non-negotiable)

Proven experience in a Collections call centre environment (essential)

Strong understanding of dialler campaign management and optimisation

Experience working with dialler/CRM systems (e.g. predictive diallers Webitel or similar advantageous)

Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Ability to work in a high-pressure target-driven environment
