Desktop Support

Four Dimensions is a business consulting and services company operating out of Germiston with a team of 11 to 50 professionals. We provide strategic consulting that helps our clients navigate complex business landscapes and scale their operations effectively.

As a Desktop Support professional on a fixed-term contract of 12 months at 40 hours per week in Germiston you will maintain our on-site IT infrastructure and ensure our team has reliable technical assistance for their daily operations.

• Resolve hardware software and network issues reported by staff members

• Set up workstations peripherals and internal communication tools for new and existing employees

• Maintain accurate logs of support requests and technical inventory

• Assist with system updates and basic troubleshooting across company devices

• Experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment

• Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with common operating systems

• Clear communication skills for assisting colleagues with varying technical needs
