Quick2start is seeking a detail-oriented Depot Clerk to support the daily administrative and operational activities of the depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining records processing documentation monitoring stock movements and ensuring accurate depot administration.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Capture and update depot records and information.
Process delivery notes invoices and stock documentation.
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
Assist with receiving and dispatching goods.
Verify quantities of incoming and outgoing stock.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports.
File and maintain depot documents and records.
Liaise with drivers suppliers and warehouse personnel.
Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric).
Certificate or Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field will be advantageous.
Computer literacy particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good numerical and administrative skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
