What Youll Be Doing:
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations and workflow
- Monitor and manage technician productivity efficiency and performance
- Conduct quality control inspections before vehicle release
- Provide technical support and guidance to Service Advisors and Technicians
- Assist with advanced diagnostics and technical escalations
- Plan and allocate workshop jobs to maximise efficiency and turnaround times
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards and processes
- Maintain a safe organised and productive workshop environment
Job Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (Red Seal Trade Test prefered)
- Proven motor dealership workshop supervisory experience essential
- Strong understanding of dealership workshop systems procedures and operational processes
- Computer literate with experience on DMS and CRM systems.
- Excellent leadership organisational and problem-solving skills
- Clear criminal record and sober habit
- Valid unendorsed Driver license
