Key Responsibilities
- Booking in customer service vehicle for servicing and repairs
- Preparing accurate job cards and repair instructions
- Liaising between customers and workshop
- Providing regular progress updates to customers
- Preparing quotations and obtaining customer authorisation
- Ensuring a smooth professional customer experience from vehicle check-in to delivery
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum of 2 years recent Service Advisor experience within a franchised environment
- Previous Lexus or Toyota dealership experience in highly advantageous
- Working knowledge of Kerridge and E-Toyota
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong administration and organisational abilities
- Able to work efficiently in a high-volume workshop environment
- Must be able to converse comfortably in both English and Afrikaans

- Valid Drivers License
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Stable employment history with contactable references
