Job Summary

#SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER by joining a Group that seeks the expertise of a Senior Aftersales Manager to lead and drive the performance of a diverse automotive aftersales operation comprising multiple business units

Key Responsibilities:

Must be able to manage approximately 45 members of staff
Oversee the performance and profitability of 45 automotive business units
Lead mentor and support junior managers across the respective business units
Maintain high operational standards service quality and customer relationships
Manage financial performance budgets key performance indicators and staff productivity

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 Qualification
Trade Tested through merSETA Olifantsfontein QCTO
A Degree or Diploma in Business Management or a similar field will be an advantage

Remuneration Package:

Estimated Cost to Company: R1.2 Million per annum plus negotiated equity participation in line with the companys business model
