Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant diploma or degree in Statistics Mathematics Economics Information Systems Business Analytics or a related field.
- 2-4 years experience in a data business intelligence reporting or analytics role.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction transformation and manipulation.
- Experience in developing and maintaining BI dashboards and reports.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query Power Pivot etc and data analysis functions).
- Experience in working with large volumes of transactional data.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Confidentiality and working knowledge of POPIA and its implications for data handling and list management.
- Experience in fundraising non-profit or call centre environments will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabirc and Microsoft Power Platform advantageous
