This position reports to the Senior Imports Controller

Purpose of the role: This role is responsible for accurate data entry documentationprocessing and administrative support for international freightforwarding operations.

Your responsibilities can include:

• Process and input shipment data into freight forwardingsystems
• Maintain accurate records of shipment status andtracking information
• Generate reports and documentation for customs clearance
• Liaise with clients regarding shipment status and documentation requirements
• Coordinate with shipping lines airlines and logisticspartners
• Ensure all documentation complies with internationaltrade regulations
• Support month-end reporting and reconciliationprocesses

Qualifications and experience:

• Matric Certificate
• Preferred: Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field
• 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding logistics orrelated field
• Experience with freight forwarding software systems
  (CargoWise)
