Customer Support Solutions Specialist Account Manager (Manufacturing / Mining / Construction and similar) needed in Centurion.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Resolve complex technical and product-related queries to maximise equipment performance and uptime.
- Lead customer support initiatives and provide expert product and service guidance.
- Deliver customer and partner training to improve technical capability and product knowledge.
- Analyse recurring customer issues and develop effective response strategies.
- Manage warranty and reimbursement processes in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure high-quality customer data.
- Coordinate custom and special orders with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct regular customer reviews to maximise satisfaction and long-term value.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services that add value to customers.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- IT testing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Proven experience in customer support account management technical support or a related field.
- Industry: Manufacturing / Mining / Construction and similar.
- Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication presentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong planning organisational and reporting skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
