Our client in the Taxidermy industry is seeking experienced Customer Service Consultants to join their team based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a customer service / client liaison role.
- Provide professional customer support via WhatsApp E-Mail and telephone.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular order updates.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
- Prepare customer correspondence and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience and knowledge of the hunting safari taxidermy or trophy export industry will be highly advantageous.
