Customer Service Consultant (International Campaign)

Our client a global leader in customer experience solutions is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Consultants to join their international team. If you have experience supporting international customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment wed love to hear from you!

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Accurately capture customer information and interactions.
• Meet quality productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers while representing the brand.

• Minimum 8 months international call centre experience (voice).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working rotational shifts aligned to US hours (Monday Sunday).
• Ability to work full-time from the Cape Town CBD office.
