Duties & Responsibilities
This is a senior career opportunity for a driven professional with 6 to 10 years experience who is ready to make an impact in a fast-paced innovative to the CIO you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and helping shape CRM insights that add real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain CRM platforms ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop customer segmentation dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Analyse customer behaviour trends and lifecycle data to identify opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance lead scoring and conversion metrics.
- Improve customer retention through data-driven insights.
- Resolve data quality issues and drive CRM best practices.
- Build automated workflows and support system integrations.
- Partner with business and technical teams to enhance CRM capabilities.
- Provide user training and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in a IT / Data-related field.
- 2-4 years experience in CRM administration analytics or data analysis.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or Looker.
- Knowledge of relational databases and CRM integrations.
- Understanding of customer segmentation lifecycle analytics and KPI reporting.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
