Job Summary
Were currently engaging with experienced Critical Facilities Engineers for upcoming opportunities within the data centre and critical infrastructure sectors.
This role is well suited to professionals responsible for maintaining the reliability performance and availability of essential electrical and mechanical systems within mission-critical environments. Were particularly interested in connecting with engineers who have experience supporting facilities where uptime safety and operational continuity are paramount.
Job Description:
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of critical facility infrastructure
- Support the performance and reliability of electrical mechanical and cooling systems
- Conduct fault finding root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed in accordance with operational standards
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades projects and commissioning activities
Skills & Experience:
- Experience within data centres critical facilities telecommunications healthcare utilities or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of power distribution generators UPS systems and backup power infrastructure
- Exposure to HVAC cooling systems and building services environments
- Experience managing technical contractors and maintenance activities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Qualification:
- BTech National Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Professional registration advantageous
- Data centre or critical infrastructure experience beneficial
