We are currently seeking experienced Creditors and Debtors clerk based in Durban.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- 23 years experience in a Creditors Clerk or similar accounts payable role
- A relevant tertiary qualification or finance-related training will be advantageous
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
- Excellent numerical organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and timeously
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Preparing payments and resolving supplier queries
- Maintaining accurate creditor records
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Performing general accounts payable administration
