To ensure accurate project reporting and continuous supplier satisfaction by administering the full accounts payable function and providing project administration support. This includes processing supplier payments timeously and accurately in accordance with accounting procedures and building project requirements to help mitigate and control financial risk to Mediclinic.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
- Senior Certificate with Accounting as a subject
DESIRED EDUCATION
- Financial diploma
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- 3 years of accounts payable experience
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- SAP system experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial environment
- Accounting transactions
- General financial administration (invoices debit and credit notes Goods Received Notes (GRNs) cost allocations)
- SARS requirements (VAT invoice regulations)
- Vendor Creation and BBBEE Administration
- Project system administration including creation of technical projects and settlement rules
- Creditors reconciliations
- SAP system
- Competence in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
- Communication Skills Verbal and Written
