Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Creditors and Debtors Clerk to join their team in Paarl.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts and incoming payments accurately
Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying classifying computing posting and recording accounts receivables data
Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Assist with month-end closing procedures
Requirements
Previous experience as a Debtors Clerk or Creditors Clerk
Proficient in accounting software
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Qualifications

Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
