Job Summary
A leading production and processing business is recruiting a highly skilled Cost Accountant to take ownership of cost accounting across the multiple sites. This is a hands-on operational finance role where your insights will influence plant performance cost efficiency and commercial decision-making across large-scale production environments.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- CIMA-qualified near completion or extensive cost accounting experience in manufacturing/production
- Cost accounting ownership across two milling/production sites
- Budgeting forecasting variance analysis cost controls and financial process improvement
- Strong analytical problem-solving and commercial mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to partner with plant management challenge cost assumptions and drive practical solutions
- Leadership experience or readiness to manage assistant accountants and inventory controllers; Navision advantageous
