ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Corporate Affairs Manager is responsible for leading Sea Harvests external stakeholder management process investor communications and reputation management activities. The role revolves around building trusted relationships with stakeholders in order to manage the Groups corporate reputation.

The Corporate Affairs Manager is responsible for leading Sea Harvests external stakeholder management process investor communications and reputation management activities. The role revolves around building trusted relationships with stakeholders in order to manage the Groups corporate reputation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage the relationship with external public relations and reputation management agencies.
- Develop and implement the Groups corporate affairs and stakeholder engagement strategy.
- Manage the implementation of the groups investor relations strategy
- Draft position papers briefing notes and other communication materials.
- Lead stakeholder engagement programmes with investors and NGOs.
- Coordinate stakeholder surveys and translate insights into actionable engagement strategies.
- Coordinate technical roundtables and executive stakeholder forums.
- Lead issues management and crisis communication planning and response protocols.
- Support integrated reporting ESG reporting investor communications and results announcements.
- Monitor media coverage and stakeholder sentiment and provide regular reputation reports to leadership.
- Represent Sea Harvest in relevant industry forums and external engagements.
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Affairs Economics Journalism Business or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification advantageous.
- Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience in corporate affairs investor relations strategic communications or government relations.
- Strong investor relations and corporate reporting experience.
- Experience engaging with external stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication drafting skills.
