Job Summary
RPO Recruitments client a well-established building contractor in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in residential construction to join their team.
Requirements:
- BTech or BSc degree in Construction Management or a related qualification
- Minimum 10 years relevant construction experience
- Solid experience managing residential building projects
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar senior construction role
- Strong knowledge of construction programmes budgets procurement and subcontractor management
- Experience overseeing projects from commencement through to completion
- Strong understanding of construction contracts quality control health and safety and project administration
- Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
