Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Construction qualification
- Minimum 10 years residential construction experience
- SACPCMP Professional Registration
- Strong contract administration and project leadership experience
- Excellent stakeholder and commercial management skills
Duties:
- Manage multiple residential construction projects from planning through final completion.
- Oversee contractual obligations and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Lead project teams including Site Managers subcontractors and professional consultants.
- Monitor project budgets forecasts and commercial performance.
- Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor agreements.
- Implement construction strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with SACPCMP requirements building regulations and industry standards.
- Review project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Conduct project performance reviews and resource planning.
- Liaise with clients consultants municipalities and executive stakeholders.
- Drive quality assurance and ensure successful delivery of residential developments.
- Approve project schedules procurement plans and change management processes.
- Manage dispute resolution claims administration and contractual correspondence.
- Support business objectives through effective project governance and leadership.
