In this role youll:

Be working as part of a team delivering strategic contract management and service improvements across NSW bus ferry and light rail networks ensuring high-quality customer-focused services and value for money.

Youll manage complex service contracts build strong partnerships with operators and stakeholders and support service delivery improvements compliance and commercial outcomes.

Youll drive contract performance manage risk and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in a dynamic operational environment focused on delivering better outcomes for customers and communities.

About you

Youve got strong contract management expertise formed across public transport infrastructure regulated services or similar environments enabling you to deliver commercial outcomes while balancing operational and customer needs.

Youre recognised as a skilled relationship builder and influencer experienced in working collaboratively with operators and diverse stakeholders to resolve complex issues improve performance and achieve shared outcomes.

Youve got strong analytical capability and commercial acumen skilled at interpreting contract operational and financial data to identify risks support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
