Our client operates within the financial services sector with a focus on mortgages personal finance financial products and consumer financial education.

The organization is looking to strengthen its digital presence through high-quality original content that makes complex financial subjects clear engaging accurate and accessible to everyday consumers. Because much of the content relates to the Irish financial services landscape the successful candidate will need to develop a strong understanding of the Irish mortgage market lending environment housing policy and relevant economic developments.

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content & Social Media Manager to create publish and optimize content across multiple digital channels.

The ideal candidate is an excellent English writer and strong content creator who can independently develop ideas write copy and scripts produce and edit videos manage social media and analyze content performance. Creative ability and quality of work are more important than experience with specific tools or industries.

• Content Creation: Research topics and produce original articles social posts captions scripts and other written content.
• Social Media Management: Plan publish and manage content across LinkedIn Instagram Facebook TikTok and X/Twitter.
• Video Production & Editing: Develop concepts write scripts record and edit frequent/daily video content using Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve Final Cut Pro CapCut native social editing tools or similar.
• Audio & Podcast Production: Record and edit podcast and other audio content.
• Visual Content: Create graphics infographics and supporting visual assets.
• Content Strategy: Identify relevant trends topics and opportunities for engaging content.
• Analytics: Track content and social media performance and use insights to improve future content.

• Exceptional written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Strong original writing storytelling and content creation skills.
• Hands-on video creation and editing experience; specific editing software is not required.
• Experience managing content across social media platforms.
• Understanding of social media strategy analytics and performance measurement.
• Ability to independently create high-quality content without relying on generative AI.
• Audio/podcast editing and visual content creation experience are advantageous.
• Familiarity with financial services mortgages property fintech banking or personal finance is preferred but not required for candidates with strong demonstrated content ability.

Candidates should be able to provide samples of content they personally created such as written content social posts videos scripts podcasts or visual assets. The quality of the work and the candidates direct contribution will be prioritized over specific tools job titles or industry background.
