Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee civil engineering projects ensuring successful delivery quality safety and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Job Description:
- Manage civil construction projects from planning through to completion
- Coordinate site teams subcontractors consultants and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress quality costs and schedules
- Ensure compliance with construction standards specifications and safety requirements
- Minimum 510 years experience in civil construction
- Strong experience with water-retaining concrete structures
- Proven experience on WWTW deep pump station and reservoir projects
- Experience delivering at least 23 similar projects valued above R30 million
- Strong project planning and scheduling skills including MS Project or Candy
- BTech or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering
- SACPCMP and/or ECSA registration
