A leading construction contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join their project team on a prestigious high-rise development in the Midrand area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional with a proven track record in managing building works coordinating subcontractors and delivering quality projects safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities on a high-rise building project.
- Manage labour subcontractors plant and material resources.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings specifications and project programmes.
- Monitor productivity and maintain project deadlines.
- Enforce health safety environmental and quality standards on site.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and site inspections.
- Coordinate site logistics and workflow between trades.
- Report progress delays and site issues to the Site Manager and Contracts Team.
- Ensure workmanship meets the required quality standards.
- Assist with planning and scheduling of construction activities.
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
- Relevant construction qualification advantageous.
- Minimum 810 years experience in building construction.
- Proven experience working on multi-storey or high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures finishes and building regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong focus on quality safety and programme delivery.
- Valid drivers licence.
