Commercial Operations Intern

The Commercial Operations Intern supports vital business functions including analytical support data extraction and administrative support across the commercial lifecycle for IM MG & LI. Working closely with cross-functional teams you will gain hands-on experience in various business administration and operation functions including extracting and analysing data managing contract workflows supporting revenue assurance checks and reviewing core operational policies and processes. This role offers exposure to the operational engine of a commercial enterprise making it ideal for a detail-oriented candidate looking to build a career in business operations finance or commercial management.

• Data Extraction & Analysis: Extract daily/weekly datasets from internal databases and application systems to support commercial reporting and commercial operational decision-making.
• Support Commercial Operations various domain experts in logging tracking and auditing tasks relating to Contract management. This includes support related to the repository management including contract validation and verification of key milestone and renewal dates over OneSA Commercial Business Lines.
• Revenue Assurance actions including the performance of regular checks and reconciliations to help identify billing discrepancies unbilled revenue or process leakages across customer accounts in support of the domain experts.
• Commercial Policy & Process Reviews including the mapping of current commercial and related operational workflows assist in auditing policy compliance and suggest efficiency improvements for routine commercial procedures.
• Project support in relation to efficiency reviews of the commercial administration and operational document flows in particular the development and transformation of digital processes to simplify Commercial documentation flow.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration including coordination with Sales Finance Legal and Customer teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and support ad-hoc commercial projects.
• Perform any other reasonable task that may be required or requested in order to achieve the objectives and purpose of the position.

• Bachelors degree in Business administration / Business management / Commercial management / Data analytics / Engineering or equivalent
