Color Mixer

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To become the colour and paint mixer within the branch.
CORE ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE
Accurate and prompt colour matching.
Effective management of mixing orders.
Maintenance of all mixing equipment.
Housekeeping and 5S.
Stock management rotation of stock stock takes and over mixes.
Accurate record keeping of all orders.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Colour matching.
Product knowledge.
Computer Literacy Excel Word and Outlook.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Grade 12 with a Minimum of 5-years paint mixing experience
Valid drivers license
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Excellent communication skills linked to high customer service standards.
Must be able to prioritise orders plan and organise accordingly.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Ability to deal with customers at all levels to build relationships and be committed to excellent service.
Results orientated approach.
Must be pro-active with good problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
Ability to be proactive and think outside the box in a fast-developing environment
