Were partnering with a growing cloud consultancy that is looking for experienced Azure Cloud Engineers to join their delivery team. This is a hands-on role focused on building secure scalable cloud-native solutions across Microsoft Azure environments.
Whether youre an Intermediate Engineer looking to deepen your cloud expertise or a Senior Engineer ready to drive technical excellence this opportunity offers exposure to enterprise-scale cloud platforms automation DevOps practices and modern architecture patterns.

What Youll Be Doing
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep
- Deliver Azure landing zones cloud platforms and application environments
- Configure and manage Azure networking and security services including:
- VNets
- NSGs
- Private Link
- Azure Firewall
- Implement identity and access management using Entra ID and RBAC
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or equivalent tooling
- Support cloud governance through Azure Policy and management groups
- Assist with cloud migration projects and platform modernisation initiatives
- Build automation solutions using scripting and programming languages
- Contribute to monitoring observability alerting and operational excellence
- Identify opportunities for cloud cost optimisation and efficiency improvements
What Were Looking For
- Approximately 3 years experience in Cloud Engineering (Intermediate level) or significantly more for Senior positions
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Proficiency in Python and/or PowerShell
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep
- Good understanding of:
- Azure Networking
- Azure Security
- Azure Compute & Storage Services
- Identity & Access Management
- Exposure to Azure Governance Landing Zones and multi-subscription environments
- Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker Kubernetes and AKS
- Understanding of DevOps principles Git workflows and CI/CD methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development
