Our client is a long-standing payroll-deduction lender helping employees across South Africa access fair transparent and responsible financial products. For over 14 years theyve built their success on strong employer relationships and genuinely excellent service. Theyre now looking for a warm people-first Client Liaison Officer to be the face of the business within client organisations and keep those relationships thriving.

What the job involves..

• Visiting employer clients regularly and being their go-to point of contact
• Building strong relationships with HR payroll and management teams
• Helping employees understand the financial solutions available to them and supporting them through the application process
• Running employee awareness and information sessions and promoting responsible borrowing
• Representing the business at client events wellness days and exhibitions
• Gathering feedback and flagging opportunities to improve
• Keeping accurate records of visits and submitting regular reports to management
• Tracking outstanding client matters through to resolution

What you need to be considered..

• At least 3 years experience in client relationship management account management customer service or a similar client-facing role
• Matric certificate
• A valid South African drivers licence
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Strong computer literacy (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A friendly approachable manner and the confidence to connect with everyone from shop-floor staff to senior executives
• Self-motivated organised and able to juggle multiple relationships at once

Bonus points if you..

• Have worked in financial services payroll banking insurance or employee benefits
• Have experience servicing corporate or employer-based client relationships
• Have run presentations workshops or employee engagement sessions
• Understand payroll-deduction lending or employee financial wellness programmes
