Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning and Housekeeping
Clean and sanitize office workstations desks tables chairs and office equipment.
Sweep mop vacuum and polish floors as required.
Dust furniture blinds windowsills shelves and other surfaces.
Clean and disinfect kitchens canteens and food preparation areas.
Clean and sanitize toilets washrooms and changing facilities.
Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish according to company procedures.
Replenish consumables such as toilet paper hand soap paper towels and cleaning supplies.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared for meetings.
Health Safety and Hygiene
Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to instructions.
Report any maintenance issues breakages hazards or safety concerns immediately.
Ensure cleaning activities do not disrupt business operations.
