Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer to lead the delivery of large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects. This executive role requires a strategic leader who can unite multiple project teams drive operational excellence and ensure projects are delivered safely on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Job Description:
- Lead and coordinate multiple project and construction workstreams
- Drive project delivery performance and operational efficiency
- Oversee programme schedules budgets and commercial performance
- Ensure compliance with quality safety and regulatory standards
- Manage contractor relationships and key stakeholder engagement
- Establish clear governance reporting structures and performance metrics
- Identify and mitigate operational and commercial risks
Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership experience on large-scale infrastructure energy or construction projects
- Strong project integration programme management and commercial oversight skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Strategic decisive and results-driven leadership style
- Experience in renewable energy or major capital projects is advantageous
- Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience
- Minimum 8 years in a senior leadership or executive role
Qualification:
- Degree in Engineering Construction Management Project Management
- MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous
